Beware, savage guns still out in the public

When not cracking walnuts in their biceps, bodybuilders can be seen admiring their own physique, free of any nut snacks. As Savage Dragon will attest, there is nothing better than a double barrel of upper arm behemoths to get the criminals juicing their pants.

Careful management of weight exercises is needed when working out with dumbbells and other such irons. Though it may have worked to degrees of success for Popeye, a noted sailor of no fixed vessel, it cannot be easily applied to the raging metrosexual, dag or even hermaphradude.

If access to dumbbells are a problem, take a gander around the homestead or office. There are chairs, bags of oranges, even small children. Bricks, water bottles, and even handstands are all viable options. And what of phonebooks? Must be there more than making sure the door handles don't slam holes into the walls. Right?

As always, take the necessary precautions and document each step of the way. Looking back as those Simpson-like arms develop into cannons of muscle will make it even more creamy.
