The Lizard
Dr. Curt Connors was a gifted surgeon enlisted in the US Army and sent to war. While over there he performed emergency surgery on wounded soldiers until one day he lost his arm in a blast. He became obsessed with the idea of regenerating his lost arm in the same way a reptile can regenerate. This obsession would lead to him becoming Spider-Man's enemy, the Lizard!
