The Watchmen madness continues this week with Before Watchmen: Silk Spectre #1! Written by Darwyn Cook and featuring art by Amanda Connor, this 4-part mini-series explores the back story of the Silk Spectre and who she was before the events of Watchmen took place!

Marvel's cross-over of the year is here this week with Spider-Men #1! This mini-series stars the Marvel Universe's Spider-Man (Peter Parker) as he meets his 'Ultimate Universe' counterpart Miles Morales. According to Marvel "history will be made" with this comic book series written by Brian Michael Bendis and featuring art by Sara Pichelli.
The fan favourite series "Punisher Max" receives more stories with the new mini-series Untold Tales of the Punisher Max. A massive debt, a gun with untraceable bullets, one unthinkable choice. Who’s side will the Punisher take in the Untold Tales? Written by crime novelist Jason Starr.
A new series with fantastic art and an all new and original story hits our shelves this week in the form of Planetoid! Silas, an ex-soldier turned space pirate, finds himself stranded on a mysterious planet in alien territory. As he explores the long-abandoned industrial ruins of the planet's surface he will have to fend off rogue mechanical creatures, roving cyborg militias, and a hostile alien military with a bounty on his head. Silas will have to rely on resourcefulness and bare-bones survival tactics in order to stay alive and ultimately unlock the secrets of a planet where survival is a luxury and escape an impossibility.
