TMNT

All shell breaks loose at the end of March.

After an absence of 14 years on the silver screens, it's time for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to return. Things are a little different, however, as there are no animatronics or puppets involved. This time, it's an all CGI adventure.

When eccentric billionaire Maximillian Winters unleashes the cosmic powers of a long dead military ruler on the city to try and break an ancient evil curse, the turtles must once again rise from the sewers to stand between good and the darkest of evil.

Alongside the human compatriots, April O'Neill and Casey Jones, the four half-shell heroes' big screen comeback is a funny and action-packed tour-de-force.

Directed by Kevin Munroe and written by creators Peter Laird and Kevin Eastman, TMNT features the voices of Patrick Stewart, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Billy West and Kevin Smith.

For those who weren't particularly fond of the two sequels, have no fear, they've been retconned out. Well, the second sequel is understandable, but no Vanilla Ice in with the Turtles? Que?

And Shredder? Well, he's still dead.

Win an inseason double pass

Thanks to Roadshow Films, the Comic Shop gave away 30 double inseason passes to check up on the turtles in TMNT.

To jump in the draw, it was all a matter of answering 3 questions:

What is the food of choice of the Ninja Turtles?

Pizza.

Not marshmallows as suggested by at least one person or cabbage soup by another.

Name the late actor who provided the voice of Splinter in the movie.

Mako or Makoto Iwamatsu.

Extra, though not counted, points for the one who mentioned his birth and death years.

What is the name of goalie mask wearing human who helps the turtles from time to time?

Arnold "Casey" Jones or just Casey Jones.

Or pretty much any variant which at least included the second two of the names.

Thanks to all those who entered
