Eat things in June with a spoon

Cold air slagging off on the winter blues and there is not enough smashed wooden boxes around to provide fire for. Might have to resort to kicking down little sheds out the back of outhouse and throne rooms. Yes, would do well if not for the smell. Then again, what does it smell like when toasting on a roast?

People, it is cold, it is shivering, it is freezing, it is winter and it is June. Things all certain and things all plainly facts. Watch out for the ice cubes forming at the sides of the eyes, they're trickier to get rid of than a sweat band on the back of a collar.

Then again, who wears collars? Let alone having them stand straight up.

Lobo's Loot

Lobo's Loot is the jackpot raffle run and drawn by theComicShop* Liverpool. At the start of each month, a ticket is drawn at random and posted on the Lobo's Loot ticket box. If your raffle ticket happens to be the other half of the raffle ticket stuck on the box, guess what? You're a winner!

Now here are some rules:

• Purchases of $5 and over made at theComicShop* qualify for a ticket.
• Only tickets issued by staff will be accepted for claims of the jackpot.
• Ticket holders must return to the store between 1 and 14 of each calendar month to see if they've won.
• Standard jackpot is $25. Should a winner not be found for a particular month, Lobo's Loot will jackpot.
• Jackpots will continue to jackpot until a winner claims the jackpot.
• Prize is redeemable only at theComicShop* which itself is located at 10a/170 George Street, Liverpool NSW 2170, Australia.
• Lobo himself does not make an appearance on each drawing of the lucky raffle ticket.
• Wipe your feet, clean your sheets.
