May the force be with you and your sullen ways

Thirtieth anniversary this month of the Force inside of George Lucas and that of the legions and hordes of Star Wars fans. Chase down an imperial guard, or a storm trooper and count down the seconds before they drop to their knees from the overheating and the poor ventilation system.

Turns out they fare far longer than a Wookie, or even one of them little Ewoks. But then kids are never well adjusted enough to be in such heated temperatures. Cars with windows cracked an inch below the seam still do not make for good creches. No matter how cheap the running costs compared to the local establishment situated kilometres from the area.

Oh, and that brings us again to another winner, this name being Nick. Bags on with a double booty, picking up the loot left over from the previous month. Now back to the base and be on the lookout for your matching ticket next time you're in the shop.

Lobo's Loot

Lobo's Loot is the jackpot raffle run and drawn by theComicShop* Liverpool. At the start of each month, a ticket is drawn at random and posted on the Lobo's Loot ticket box. If your raffle ticket happens to be the other half of the raffle ticket stuck on the box, guess what? You're a winner!

Now here are some rules:

• Purchases of $5 and over made at theComicShop* qualify for a ticket.
• Only tickets issued by staff will be accepted for claims of the jackpot.
• Ticket holders must return to the store between 1 and 14 of each calendar month to see if they've won.
• Standard jackpot is $25. Should a winner not be found for a particular month, Lobo's Loot will jackpot.
• Jackpots will continue to jackpot until a winner claims the jackpot.
• Prize is redeemable only at theComicShop* which itself is located at 10a/170 George Street, Liverpool NSW 2170, Australia.
• Lobo himself does not make an appearance on each drawing of the lucky raffle ticket.
• Wipe your feet, clean your sheets.

Starring Andrew Bryniarski as Lobo, this is a fan made film you can find on YouTube. Pretty much does a live versioning of the above named joy romp. Not for the easy to squeam.
