With a lot of people walking up and down the street, there isn't much focus on the sidelines. Not when the main action is that of a dangling mustang in the middle of the city.
Captured early in the evening of an August night in 2005, the scene features a green blue, or some sort of turquoise, mustang above the fountain of Martin Place in the city. In the foreground of this photo, a member of the crew finds himself with the attention of a brunette.
One of the questions she asks is what the "Red Sun" production signs were. The bloke responds that they're a cover of sorts for
Superman Returns filming right before the city's eyes.
Chitter chatter a little later and the man finds her phone number in with the rest of his gear. Eavesdropping on parts, it was on the hit of her trying to find some work in production or make-up that prompts the exchange.

For reasons unknown (probably to kill more time), the Comic Shop is now swimming with the open mouth masses.
Yes, that's right, there's a
MySpace profile bearing the bare details of the shop in question.
Add as a friend and enjoy the gender identity duality issues at hand.

Bright city lights for the night time shooting of
Superman Returns last year sees a mustang dangling in the air for quite a while.
A sea green coloured mustang hangs from cables above the fountain at Martin Place. Taken on a cold, and getting colder, night in August, the lights were bright and the crowds thick. Along with Martin Place, Pitt Street itself on the cross section is for the most part taken over by the crew.
The man at the bottom of the frame is taking a photo of a man behind a camera. Three levels of something right there. Not really the recursive example of
the Droste effect. More likely closer to
Las Meninas (Maids of Honor) by
Diego Vel?zquez. Royals of a different kind though.
Seconds just after taking this shot, a burly bloke comes quick to kibosh any further snapping of the scene. Even with the flash turned off.

Time is tight and the release of
Superman Returns in just two weeks leaves the choice of films scarce for a June end deadline.
Stick It or
Cars? Flip a coin and watch the other one. Like all the major decisions are made.
Ex Machina #21 comes out this week. And it feel a little like
Ultimate Spider-Man. What with the other week being a release week of another Mayor Hundred comic. Of course, splitting hairs about the two-part mini and the regular is too far a concern for all.
Finally, after what is probably reading another preview release on the Matt Fraction mailing list,
Casanova #1 hits. There's the promise of a tight action packed story in the one issue with no requirement of having to pick up five other parts for the tale. Likes that a lots.

Apparently there is no respect for spoilers when the masses chew their newspapers and listen knuckle skulled to the wireless. There's some rush on the storyline with
Civil War taking a heavy dose of diuretics that watches it run every chance it gets out the door.
Not seeing it last long enough on the shelves isn't the bad part.
Days in recent past were bad for Marvel zombies. Especially of those who grey their fingers with the newspaper or listen to the voices coming from the radio. The
NY Post was kind enough to read ahead on the issue in question and write up the moment of concern. And then the reports hit other newspapers, and even
MX in Sydney. News of this event were also being heard on the radio according to one customer.
Spillage of the flashbulb kicking questions on
Civil War #2 has blown like a back door after a night of too much chilli con carne at the local steak house.
Stinks to high heaven really. And you can't plug that one up easy.

Pencils down, red eyes up and a few broken wrists for the effort. Entries are done and in for OzComics 24 Hour Challenge for 2006.
Double the audience flavour with
general accessible entries and the

Might have taken them all one day to create the 8, 16 or 24 pagers, but the reading time will be far more than that.
No one actually broke their arms. At least, early reports don't report such ailments.
