Months on and the
Marvel Database Project (MDP) still continues pumping along like a Juggernaut into She-Hulk. Other contenders along the way have had their take at the title, but none can outlast the sheer behemoth that the MDP has become.
So damn large and heavy that at times the load is too great and a wait on the other end can seem like a go at the toilets.
And of course, like the recent revamp of
IDW, Marvel are back in the game. This time, they've brought their
Marvel Universe along with them.
And the duking of wiki projects is on.

March 2, the on set of the One Year Later titles from DC. Luckily the only affected titles appear to be that of the DCU. Imprints and else are otherwise fine and unaffected.
Now, despite have no recollection whatsoever of the previous comics on the stack,
Ex Machina #18 should be a good hit. Lines are super fine and articulate, expressive of the nuances in the script and all that blahooey. Expected to be another good read sight unseen.

Luck will no doubt cast a black sky over Thursday 23. Not that comics will have anything to do with it. Aside from basking in the sun that is midday, it will most surely be when the next interview happens. Clashing decision makers the lot of them. Only because The Studio at the Opera House makes for a night time distraction. Any other week, no deviation could bother.
So apparently
Astonishing X-Men #13 begins the Whedon and Cassaday run again. After the corn hole stretching twelve issue run previous, a little wary sitting back down again to this. Most likely going to see this one through given that it was all too much on the rotational for the first two arcs. Despite their girth.
Ultimate Spider-Man #90 takes a slot in the box. Have not been too rapt with this series since a while back. Been hoping for some light. If that only comes in the form of #100, then that may be too late.
Now,
Kabuki #6, that's where this money's at. It's art, story, and a damn mental massage from a naked woman slathered all over in the slipperiest of oils.

With the adventures of Red Sonja spotty at best over the past year, there was hope in finding a reason for vigour in the pages of this Doom encounter.
Lots of dark runs rampant through the veins of this issue. The brooding denial of defeat just sapping away all kinds of energy. Red Sonja proves to be as strong and as defiant as ever in her chain mail bikini. Outside of that though, there was no connection at all to the story.

February 16, enough time for those with flowers to clear out of the room. Not enough time for those diving into buckets of chocolate and ice cream to leave the doors behind. To each their smelly own.
From the list of comics out this week,
emo boy #5 appears to be the only one close to a buy. It's like it's the comic that keeps on depressing. And for those with no intention of looking for superhero action, comfort in it's musings.

Sweet Moses. Nearly a week without a computer and the only thought pervading the nights turns into what crossword to do next.
And of course, no crossword actually gets finished in the one sitting. Three even seems to be far on the outside. Damn references outside the scope of frying the brains and pumping iron into the neck.
