December 15, and with that, only two weeks to go before the end of the year. Not only that, but the 15th will be the first weekday behind the counter. Beware those looking for coherent conversation, you will be left astounded in the silence of trying to comprehend the half.
At least then time to play catch up is here. Nothing, just nothing on the list coming in this week is getting a buy. They're getting a bye.

Sipping on
your own urine in one story, working out
how to conquer the world in another, crazy is never far from the posts of the Comic Shop. No hard fact given the writer of the site is often in his own world jabbering, jibbering about whatever it is that shines brightest that morning.
With the far ranging blow of stories highlighting the merchandise in store, there was always a need to perhaps collate and group the detritus. So in that end, tags are popping up in a couple of the articles. That way, if you're on the look out for some other and older
posts about health, it shouldn't be that hard to find.

December 8 and after that, only three more weeks before 2006 rolls around. Oh damn, what a treacherous year indeed.
Outside of
Ultimate Spider-Man #87, there won't be anything else getting picked up.
Sure,
Hard Time looks good, but so does staying above, looking to remain conscious above the weight of all the comics yet to be read and this damned heat. The heat! The heat! My god, man! The Heat!

Damn that was quick. Feels like it was only twelve months since the last time it was December.
In any event,
Fell #3 is the only trick to pick for the week. A comic that needs no introduction, needs no hang of previous issues and needs no sympathy. Quick, cheap and satisfying. Like blowing off a toe itchy from the gangrene.

Make love to the wallpaper featuring Hot Rod
from the Autobots. Photoshopped and styled right for the dimensions of a 1024x768 screen resolution.
There are some people out there who have tried the standard Stormtrooper costume and found it not quite blocky. For those looking to make it even more with the hot robot love,
one man has done gone and made himself a few fully transformable costumes. There's one for Hot Rod, Jazz and even Starscream. Ratchet-astic!

Channel Ten have picked up both
Smallville and
Futurama episodes. Both of these series were left languishing by Nine and Seven respectively. Like
Rove, Everybody Loves Raymond and
Neighbours, the move to the Ten side of the TV guide could be real good for viewing fans (subject matter objections not the point). Since the Groening series is all reruns, the new fix comes from
Futurama Comics #22. Naturally.
Ex Machina #16 continues a great series that has snappy timing and on-the-ball cue shots. Very vague description yes?
Perhapanauts #1 from Dark Horse, is extremely tentative. The
four page preview leaves things just before an explanation of what they do in the complex of Bedlam. Nice, but a sureshot for the money? No. Curiosity has never been one to let a good fight down though.
