Fences need jumping too

Staff picks

Here's hoping that come May 19, at least a full day of sun breaks through the boxes of weather updates on the Firefox toolbar. This only really matters for those carrying a haul from the Shop and who choose to brave it carrying it under their shirt.

Thankfully, Ex Machina #11 is the only one comic that's worth bothering the trip outside the fenced area. Cheap seats, cheap week. Hail in the sunshine!

Maxx Book One TP looks like some esoteric mind warping fun should there be any money left from watching too many people smoke dope. In the name of art. Related?

Sure, Hunter-Killer Scriptbook #1 might be racheting up past the IDW prices, but from the solicit it should be a good read into what makes a comic book script. Hell, if that doesn't work, use it as a base for what could go into a script for a radio play. Not like they both don't deliver on words.

Counterside Noise shoots trash talk, staff picks and anything else comics related and not so from the loins of the Comic Shop in Liverpool.

A place to pick up busts, statues, Simpsons toys, Transformers, T-shirts, action figures and anime as well as a place to find some storage and collecting needs.

Don't get ahead of yourself or you'll forget about the comics.

Speaking of which, wonder what's coming in this week?
