Stupid Emos

Staff picks

August 4 sees an old world return for take two, a motley crew running through and a sad boy getting blue.

Marvel 1602: The New World #1 continues from the world reality left by Neil Gaiman. That series, 1602 was fine enough. Not entirely crash crazy on continuing the read. Like revisiting 2099 in a way.

Ultimate Spider-Man #81 goes straight in with the collection, for some reason. Can't recall anymore. Now sitting on an unread #77.

The sneak peek was empty and hollow, so perhaps Wildsiderz #1 will have something to bear? Teetering on this one.

At least there's some more cheapness in PVP #0. Locked in.

Stupid Comics #3 sounds like something foreign. Like the kind of feeling through ordering a few months back after a head full of marker ink. What this is remains to be seen on the day. Not looking for any clarification, going to buy on name alone.

With the first issue being rather poetic and grand and all things self-destructive in a enlightening way, Emo Boy #2 has a spot marked for its arrival.

Counterside Noise shoots trash talk, staff picks and anything else comics related and not so from the loins of the Comic Shop in Liverpool.

A place to pick up busts, statues, Simpsons toys, Transformers, T-shirts, action figures and anime as well as a place to find some storage and collecting needs.

Don't get ahead of yourself or you'll forget about the comics.

Speaking of which, wonder what's coming in this week?
