Angel flavoured tag-o-muffin servings
Anything and nothing and everything in between with tangents or topics on the subject of Angel.
For other things to take your fancy, there are other tags.
Joss Whedon's
Buffy the Vampire Slayer has been back in the kicking of vampire teeth and staking of their hearts for two issues now and looking well to hammer out many more months for season eight can only be done through the comics.
Naturally, there are interested folk in flicking through the past materials strewn over and across the Whedonverse.
I was wondering if you had any back issues of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel or Fire Fly magazines. If you do, could you let me know how much it would cost and if it would be possible to send anything I buy through the mail.
Battleship hits on Buffy and Angel back issues. Spotty at times, but still a good hit for the tanker sitting next to the tug boat.
Firefly, not so much. More the Serenity in that case. Released at first as a mini-series, now collected and sold in the trade paper back form. Sitting shorter than the original release print, but still swearing as much in Chinese.
For any comic or trade, the prices will be listed on the bagging of the bagged and boarded comic themselves. For postage, it will depend on the location, but usually no more than $5 for those mail hits within the great state of New South Wales.
Ordering things from the Comic Shop is doable and there are no handling or packaging costs at all, ever, when using the
mail order service.

December 22 and after that one more week before the end is so very here. One more shipping list before the roll over into 2006, that is if they don't keep pushing this and the next back a few. Those damned passenger concerns. Priorities and all that.
So many comics hitting the shelves and so many not that shout-out-and-burn-the-crotch interesting. (That may be some other condition totally unrelated to comics.)
Anyway, enough talk of that region. Best thing coming in for the week? BTVS Angel 21 inch Angel Puppet plush. Swoon. Ever seen the "Smile Time" episode of Angel? No? Well, it's like the Boreanaz getting his muppet on and spending the entire episode like that. For those who don't mind the junkies thinking you're carry a real muppet inside.

June 30. That's the end of the year. Financially speaking of course. No sense in making quick dashes to the charity line now. There's a whole year coming up straight on the edge of that tomorrow.
Every damn issue looks like it could be the last one. Amazing Spider-Man #521 doesn't have anything making it stand out. This is probably what happens when reading the comics falls back on looking at what else is there.
Wildsiderz #0 is on re-order. And cheap. And is the new J. Scott Campbell book. Good, but yet to be sold on this.
Blacklight #1 features solicitation copy that reads: "Lina Juarez is stuck in a dead-end job and a dead-end relationship, living a dead-end life in a dead-end town." which just for the hell of reading so many dead-ends is enough of a peek.
Angel: The Curse #1 supposedly picks up somewhere after "Not Fade Away" of Angel. Could be interesting, could be totally shattering thing to read up on what was an excellent closer for the show. Decisions, decisions.
