What do the grades mean?
In addition to the
label description, each comic has a grade score between 10 and 0. Absolute perfection in texture, cover and pages is a 10. Rare. Especially in any comic printed over 30 years ago. Comics of shreds held together by mystic forces are at the other end of the scale.

Design
Slab-Pro is a silicone rubber frame that wraps around your CGC comic book case to provide security and added protection. The frame slips on and off easily and gives you a more comfortable feel when handling your books. You can personalise your collection to have the rubber frame match the cover, or by grade. The dense rubber silicone borders leave you plenty of room to view the cover and grading label.
Protection
The custom mold is designed to protect the border of the comic book case. If you dropped your naked case, not only is the case open to damage, but the comicbook inside as well, possibly decreasing its value and grade. This rubber frame is like a shelter, intended to protect the case and comic from exterior damage such as cracks and falls.
Stacking and Shipping
When stacked for shipping or carrying around, comic books can suffer from stress, strain or resistence on the casing. If not securely packaged, a slighty movement or bang can damage the case. Wrapping around the Slab-Pro frame helps support and separate the comics and relieve the pressure and provide extra protection.
Displaying
You like to show off your collection as much as the next person. The rubber silicone frame here gives your cases an extra gripping edge that will prevent it from slipping or falling off a shelf or display case. It also gives you a sleek new look that intensifies the colours of the cover.
Categorising
Slab-Pro comes in blue, purple, yellow and green. These all coincide with the CGC grading label colours and makes it easier to classify by grade. Standard black is also available.
