Not like body image isn't an issue with a lot of teens and adults from the physiques they see staring back at them from the covers and pages of magazines. If chicken fillets are for woman, then surely steaks are for the males.

Both, if defrosted well and long enough from the chests, will provide a nice dinner time meal as the day draws close. It's more than just looking good, it's eating good too.

Other things to do with chest enhancement modules when the day is done: feeding said fillets and steaks to the pets as they wait for you to come home. Fish might have trouble digesting, as well as spiders.

For the more insect driven folks, a nice solid attractant for maggots and blow flies when cast out over the mailbox in the back yard. Yes, some people have mail boxes in their back yards.

Not every one will have the need for chest implants though. Some just wear suits with enough padding left over from the shoulders of the 1980s to make do without the meat.

Bikinis, bikinis, bikinis - now where's the water?

Aspen Matthews, from Fathom, spends much time in the water. Especially considering that she's a Blue/Black and her homeworld is under the surface we all like to stomp and call the earth.

Her attire, naturally, befits the wear of any one who takes to the waters, a bikini wouldn't drag as much as long sleeves and pants. In Aspen's case, it's a natural wardrobe choice for her setting. But she's not the only heroine to get about in a bikini.

Sheena, Queen of the Jungle - it's hot, it's sticky, it's the jungle. Bikini-clad wear is as modest as it gets, and quite the sensible choice. That is until the mozzies and gnats and all manner of biters start latching onto the bare skin.

Shanna the She-Devil - same deal as Sheena, only with slightly different pronunciation. However, a re-imagined mature version would suggest bikini type wear being overkill.

Tigra - Avengers member and leopard print all over. "No Fur!" campaign from PETA might bring her more than naked, it's what they call prep for the table of meat-eaters.

Red Sonja - clearly fighting a hundred battles in chain-mail is one thing. That the outfit styled is a bikini, curiouser and curiouser at the open areas prone to slash attacks. Makes for quick swings and swipes however.

More necklace than jewellers intended

Akuma - Street Fighter action figures - series 4 - SOTA Toys
Such a mysterious man this street fighter by the name Akuma. Demon to some, a wicked harbinger of death to the unfortunate to cross his path. A fighter nonetheless in the style leagues of Ryu and Ken. But far more powerful. Far more so.

The kind of warrior esteemed only enough to fight the worthy? Not scratching the worthiness pole? Then fear not, death he will bring to someone else. It is the way and life of Akuma.

Sporting a massive jangly necklace, it's apparent that the neck muscles of this world warrior are mighty strong. Finding the right outfit to go with these beads may be tough. But the wise in fashion will always know what outfit works best and better with the right accessory. Or vice versa.

Scarlet Spider is the hoodie revolution

Ben Reilly, the one true clone of Peter Parker and the second successful clone from the labs of The Jackal.

Scarlet Spider, one time the holder of the Spider-Man mantle and now merely fragments of memory and speckles of clone dust drifting in the wind. Or down a smokestack.

Core essentials for making a Scarlet Spider costume: One red full-body length suit (neoprene could work if spandex burns too much against the talcum powder), a blue hood and a pair of big fat bracelets/bands for the extra web-fluid catridges.

After the two are done, grab a fat black mark and draw a spider on the back at an angle across. And that, is the Scarlet Spider costume.

Be mindful of wearing such a thing during this time of the year and rug up with the right underwear underneath. A red body suit is better than an entire body of red skin from the cold. Hence, the hoodwear.

Out to prove there's nothing to prove

Whip it up with massive curls for a big head of hair, prime and pumped with all sorts of body.

Snare some snazzy giant eye glasses. The kind to warn kiddies of their aunts ready to kiss them on the eyes after not seeing them for years.

Make do with a fixation with 70s style of fashion. Flares for the pantaloons and fat wide collars for the neck. Think polyester and all hues of tan and brown.

With just the basics, you too can start looking like your idol. King Cool of the Slackers, Napoleon Dynamite.

Must make life hard taking things so easily and in stride.

The hardest thing people can do is to not do too much and let life dictate its own course.

Red Sonja locked out from Mercedes Fashion Week

After years of walking in the wilderness, Red Sonja's return to the comic shelves was marred by a less than full forced feel into the Tenth Year Celebration of Mercedes Australian Fashion Week.

At odds and under fire from event organisers is her trademark attire; the fiery red head's flotilla of costumes all bear the same style, cut and fabric. Each one more identical than the last.

No real wonder then that the She-Devil with a Sword -- not to be confused with ordinary she-devils without swords -- has been denied a card into the much-hyped, high stakes fashion week event.

At one point questions were raised regarding the rights to the fashion and stylings of Red Sonja. Questions quickly dismissed as nothing more than ordinary transitional stable relocations from Marvel to Cross Plains and now to Dynamite Entertainment.

Plans for her comic series, however, remain hopeful.
