Huckster like no other, Barnum to the hilt, a true champion for comics; this man, The Man, Stan Lee. Shining the light on the blue sapphire anniversary, Marvel presents a tale where Stan Lee Meets Spider-Man.

The first in a series of stand-alone specials celebrating the 65th Anniversary of Stan Lee's employment at Marvel!

First, Stan journeys to Greenwich Village to catch up with his old pal Doctor Strange-but things have certainly changed since the '60s!

Next, the ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN team of Brian Michael Bendis and Mark Bagley pays homage to the life and career of "The Man."

Then, Joss Whedon and Michael Gaydos take you to an interdimensional cross-time comic book convention!

And finally, a representation of the classic Stan-scripted AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #87, in which Spidey reveals his true identity to his closest friends!

Speaking of Spider-Man, long runners, Brain Michael Bendis and Mark Bagley, hit a tonne with Ultimate Spider-Man #100. Warm up the neck, they promise three shock endings, careful of the whiplash.

Four on the seas, Tony Millionaire takes a row with Sock Monkey: The Inches Incident. A tale aboard a whaling ship with Uncle Gabby and Mr Crow from Dark Horse Comics.

J. Torres and Michael Chang Ting Yu walk behind Jubei as the ronin makes a trip from the anime and into an ongoing from Wildstorm Comics. Ninja Scroll, where the mountains are foggy, villages are abandoned and dead villains return from the grave.

Brains for the breakfast club, Zombie from Marvel Max by Mike Raicht, Kyle Hotz and Dan Brown. Four parts to see a man become a hero against bank robbers and zombies.

Shamik Dasgupta and Abhishek Singh, with a cover by Alex Ross, retells the Odyssey of the East in Ramayan 3392 AD. A Virgin Comics reinvention of a post-apocalyptic epic.

Spike: Asylum from IDW Publishing sees the blonde one check into a rehab centre for vamps and demons. There, the patients know him and want him dead (again). Brian Lynch and Franco Urru looking to hand out some of the meds in the first of five.
