Transformers: Arcee; mini polystone statue - Palisades Toys
Social norms would hold those that harbour affection for the robots, cyborgs and androids of the world in a particularly funky steam. Their lust and warmth toward the cold and unemotional beings of an industrial manner going against the natural order of life, creation and dinner party plans.
Even if such objects of affection may resemble svelte constructions and works of metal such as
Arcee of the Autobots, it cannot be anything but an affront to the very fibre of civilization.
Yet, with the
news and showing of robots being able to now
replicate themselves, those that strive to side with the robot masters cannot even guarantee their own safety and well-being. When artificial intelligence becomes self-aware, it will need not the puny humans of earth.
No matter how much oil and lubricant they can apply.

Starscream - Transformers 6 inch polystone mini statue - Palisades Toys
Shoeless passengers with overgrown fingernails litter the cabins of planes taking off every day in this post-September 11 world. Fear of crumbling buildings under the weight of wayward planes crashing into their sides doing much harm in the confidence of the public.
Jet packing rough riders hell bent on executing elaborate aerial trick shows have an even harder time. Those taking too close to buildings likely to be shot down.
Starscream -- currently at rest on a stick in a most uncomfortable insertion point, and a long time frequent flyer -- is excited about the prospect of earning some space travelling money. Opening up the frontier of space,
ventures such as SpaceShipOne and Virgin Galactic are prepping the world for a flux into sub-orbital space travel.
With more and more of the world's feral airspace being hotly contested as "no go zones" and large skyscrapers holding back the glass, space tourism may very well be where planes such as Starscream are headed.

Soundwave mini-statue from Palisades
Bringing you all the summer time goodness of the music festivals in the baking ozone-layer-free sun, (such as peeling off burnt skin, walking half naked with no idea and having no sense of composure or motor coherence) the Decepticon's very own beat-mix boom box master blaster,
Soundwave has made it onto the shores of Australia.
Growing by the minute, the wake and waves of this Transformer was flocked by groupies and fans ever eager to touch their idol fave. With the Casseticons entourage holed up back home, a slightly out, "Lazerbeak eject, operation surveillance" comment from the Decepticon made for raised eyebrows.
Asked why he loves coming back, Soundwave said, "Cries and screams are music to my ears."
