Took a horse to the end of the street, after which it started drinking from the trough made out of the backseat of a car. They were looking to hold a fishing contest there, but the rider was having none of that. Attack the watering hole it did, with much vigour and slurpage.

Oh, but where is the time for snu-snu?

Spinning out of the pages of Jodi Picoult's WONDER WOMAN comes the first major comics event of 2007! Well over a year has passed since the events of INFINITE CRISIS, including the retreat of the Amazons to the realm of the Gods. But now they're back, screaming for vengeance!

What could compel the Amazons to renounce their peaceful ways and attack America? The answers will prove useless to a country and hero population utterly unprepared for this savage attack. And where is Wonder Woman while all this is going on?

Written by Will Pfeifer (CATWOMAN, INFINITE CRISIS: THE SPECTRE) and illustrated by Pete Woods (SUPERMAN: UP, UP AND AWAY, SUPERMAN: BACK IN ACTION), this series unites the former Catwoman team for a story that will have devastating ramifications both in the present and all the way into 2008!

Amazons Attack #1 (of 6) from DC Comics

James L. White and Dalibor Talajic take one man's son, throw him into the white part of a non-black America and start running with Hunter's Moon. That man, Lincoln "Linc" Greer, is a stockbroker, so this could be his very own bear market in five shares.

End of the camp fire, folks. Dwayne McDuffie and Pop Mhan send out the little fireball in Firestorm: The Nuclear Man #35. Herein lies the conclusion to one chapter of the man of embers.

Scott and David Tipton with David Messina jump the warp speed fantastic in the ever tense world of the Federation (during the time of Captain James T. Kirk and his Enterprise crew) and the Klingon Empire in Star Trek: Klingons: Blood Will Tell. For those into their variants and Klingonese, there is a version written in the rough tongue. Spanning five, it's a tale for all those to melt marshmallows over.

John Doe keeps on keeping on in the pages of Se7en: Lust. The Beranek Brothers of Christian and Arthur with Steven Perkins go ripping some more back history as they go old school. Old school in the primary hood that is.
